Oven-Braised Sirloin Tip Roast with Herbs

Ingredients:
  • HHF 2-3 lb sirloin tip roast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 300°F. Season roast with salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear the roast on all sides.
  • Place roast in a roasting pan, add beef broth, and cover tightly with foil.
  • Bake for 3-4 hours until tender.
