Shipping is ALWAYS FREE with Heritage Highland Farms!

Your order will ship within 1-3 days after payment.
We ship Monday through Friday from our shipping facility located in Kansas City.

All orders are delivered within 1-3 days of shipping.  
We deliver Tuesday through Saturday based on your zip code using either FEDEX or UPS ground shipping.  You do not need to sign for your delivery.

You will receive an order confirmation upon placing an order once payment  is processed at check out.

You will receive a shipping email confirmation once your order ships, giving you the tracking number.

From there you can track your order all the way to delivery.

We ship all orders frozen with adequate dry ice to protect your shipment through the day of delivery.   

Your order will be packed in a KTM/Climacell liner inside a recycled cardboard box. 

All of our shipping materials are eco-friendly and can be recycled.
