In a world of grain fed beef, two multi-generation Iowa family farms united over their passion for grass-fed beef and Scottish Highland Cattle. Our goal is to provide healthy, farm-to-table meats rooted in tradition and quality.

Our farms are connected by the Scottish Highland breed, which brought us together as friends and eventually partners. Though we each operate small, independent farms with similar practices, we realize we could achieve more together.

Before forming this partnership, we each sold beef independently but often faced supply shortages. By joining forces, we created a more dependable and accessible source of pasture-raised and grass-finished Scottish Highland beef, offering our customers the best quality meats straight from our farms.
