Slow Cooker Chuck Roast with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • HHF 2-3 lb chuck roast
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, quartered
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Prep Instructions: 

  • Season roast with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. 
  • Place roast in slow cooker and add vegetables around it. 
  • Pour beef broth over the roast. 
  • Cook on low for 8-9 hours or until tender.
