- 4 carrots, chopped
- 4 potatoes, quartered
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prep Instructions:
- Season roast with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Place roast in slow cooker and add vegetables around it.
- Pour beef broth over the roast.
