Grilled Tri-Tip Roast with Chimichurri

Ingredients:
  • HHF 2-3 lb tri-tip roast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup chimichurri sauce (parsley, garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar)
Prep Instructions:
  • Rub the tri-tip with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill roast for 10-12 minutes per side, until desired doneness.
  • Slice thinly and serve with chimichurri sauce.
