Ingredients:
- HHF 5-6 lbs brisket
- 4 carrots, chopped
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
Instructions:
- Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sear the brisket on all sides.
- Place brisket in a slow cooker with carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, and broth.
- Cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
- Slice and serve with vegetables.
