- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium)
- 2 tbsp ketchup

Instructions:

- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours until chicken is tender.
