- HHF 3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Sauté onion and bell pepper for 5 minutes.
- Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Cook chicken for 6 minutes on each side.
- Top with olives and feta cheese before serving.
