Bacon-Wrapped Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
  • HHF 16oz pork tenderloin
  • 6-8 bacon strips
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  • Coat the pork tenderloin with the mustard mixture.
  • Wrap the bacon strips around the pork, securing with toothpicks.
  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until bacon is crispy and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
