Baked Pork Chops with Maple-Bacon Glaze

Ingredients:
  • HHF 10-12 oz Bone In Rib Chops
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  • In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar.
  • Place pork chops in a baking dish and pour the maple mixture over them.
  • Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  • Serve with your favorite winter sides.
