Ingredients:
- HHF 10-12 oz Bone In Rib Chops
- 2 apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season rib chops with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sear the rib chops for 2-3 minutes per side until browned.
- In the same skillet, sauté apples and onions for 5 minutes. Add apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and cinnamon; simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Place rib chops in a baking dish and pour the apple-onion mixture over them.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
