Slow Cooker Pulled Pork with Bacon

Ingredients:

  • HHF 2lbs Pulled Pork
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:

  • Place pulled pork in the slow cooker.
  • Add chopped onion, bacon, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour BBQ sauce and apple cider vinegar over the pork.
  • Cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 5-6 hours.
  • Serve on buns, with mashed potatoes, or on its own.
