Coconut Crusted Ecuadorian Mahi-Mahi

Ingredients:

• HHF 6 oz Eucadorian Mahi-Mahi
• Shredded coconut
• Panko,
• Lime
• Coconut milk 

Instructions:

• Dip mahi-mahi fillets in coconut milk, then coat with shredded coconut and panko.
• Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden.
• Serve with lime wedges.
