- HHF 6oz Canadian Walleye
- Garlic
- Unsalted butter
- Lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Steamed carrots (optional)
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Steam carrot within the pan (optional).
- Season walleye with salt and pepper, add to the pan, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
- Top with steamed carrot sliced in half longways (optional).
